My mom & I decided to sell both of our homes and purchase a larger one to accomadate our families needs. This was not an easy thing to accomplish especially since we put a contract in on a home before even putting either one of our homes on the market. Once our offer was accepted we had to act quick to make our homes ready to hit the market & sell. Mike guided us both through the entire process and never got stressed or atleast didn’t show it. He was patient and explained everything in detail to my mom & I so we could understand. I couldn’t have ask for a smoother process. My moms house was under contract a few days after it was out on the market and mine was under contract a week after we put it on the market. We both are 100% pleased with Mike & his team.
