Compared listed prices in my area. Pointed out things in my house that would need repair based on codes and what inspectors would callout in their report. Very easy to get in contact with. Anytime it was news to be shared I'd be contacted directly by him. Was always asked if I had questions or concerns. Anything I needed clarity on there was an answer provided.
