My home when on the Market Jan 15th and was under Contract Jan 16th. Closed on Feb. 13th. Ms. Jen helped with Preparations of Painting, Plumbing, Electricians, HVAC, Handyman svcs and any other needed preps. Ms. Jen was my Realtor in a 2010 purchase and selling in 2016 of another home. If I purchase in this area again, I'm going to Ms. Jen. Ms. Jen gets the Job done, with Excellence!!!

Exceptional on so many levels!!

I had a unusual situation, I was in a rehab after having surgery when I contacted Lisa because I was unable to walk not climb stairs. Thai being a problem as I had over 30 steps to my condo. Lisa immediately sent me ranchers to which my parents and daughter walked thru. Put a bid in and was accepted. Lisa helped me understand everything, she went above and beyond helping to set up appointments as I couldn't. Lisa and my lender Kristy took control of everything and went full force to get me in a split foyer with just 7 steps. Lisa even came to the hospital to go over papers with me. Lisa Diggs is caring, understand, knowledgeable and professional. I would not be where I am without her. I highly recommend Lisa for all your Realtor needs!!
