Heather was so easy to work with especially for a first time home buyer! I had no idea what I wanted at first, except bigger and affordable. My new home was a hot property and the bidding was fast and furious, but Heather was on top of it. We quickly revised my offer as the bidding heated up and were happily under contract within one day of the condominium coming on the market. She kept me on track with the walk through making sure I didn't miss the faulty dishwasher and negotiated with the seller for enough for me to replace it. No home buying story is complete without a little drama. My mortgage company approved the loan quickly, but then got snagged on some paperwork right before closing. I was worried, but Heather was there every step of the way advising and advocating for me with the mortgage company and the seller. The paperwork got completed with literally minutes to spare, and I raced to the title company. Heather was there with a giant gift bag ready to go.
