When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture.
