Aaron is the best realtor on the East Coast! His attention to detail and his understanding of the purchase/loan process is top tier! He values the customer above his commission check! He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price!
