We just completed another successful transaction with Kathy and the Real Estate Professionals team. We’ve completed several dozen transactions with Kathy, but this was the first property we purchased through a short sale. Short sales can be notoriously difficult with involvement of both the homeowner and their bank. As usual, Kathy had everything covered and helped us work through several iterations of our offer until all parties were satisfied. She suggesting some common things to do to improve the property as well as a market-compatible monthly rent. Then she was able to list the property and quickly find us highly qualified renters.
