Excellent Agent

We just completed another successful transaction with Kathy and the Real Estate Professionals team. We’ve completed several dozen transactions with Kathy, but this was the first property we purchased through a short sale. Short sales can be notoriously difficult with involvement of both the homeowner and their bank. As usual, Kathy had everything covered and helped us work through several iterations of our offer until all parties were satisfied. Buying and selling real estate can be unpredictable and every transaction is different, from routine to highly complicated. Kathy has you covered no matter what. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We don’t make a move without involving Kathy from the get-go.
