Tom brought his wealth of many years of experience on many sides of the real estate world to our sale process. He is rock steady with excellent judgement. He calmed our nerves in what can be a stressful process, and gracefully and expertly advised us in all phases of the sale. His opinions on what we should (and didn't need to do) to prepare our home for sale was measured and spot on. His preparation of data in comp values was thorough beyond measure. His suggestion on asking price and the reasons behind it all was completely spot on. His guidance through the process of selecting an offer was again brilliant. He is very smart, funny, engaging, well connected, and completely professional. Perhaps most importantly, he helped us feel taken care of and relaxed throughout - not an easy task. It is always a pleasure to be in his company. He is a gentleman, a consummate professional, and it is without any reservation that I would recommend him to anyone. Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them.
