She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us the same day. I felt like she really listened and helped us find a place that balanced the needs and wants of my husband and me. When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents.
