Where to begin to acknowledge all that Dave Jimenez did to help me buy and sell. First, I could NOT have gotten through the process without him. His knowledge, skill set, calm nature, listening skills and follow through are unmatched. He helped me through every decision I had to make, allowed me to vent and we laughed & I cried together. Leaving a family home that had been lived in for five generations was very hard for me. Dave understood the emotional roller coaster I was on. There was never a time I reached out to him that he wasn’t swiftly responsive. He followed up on every detail of selling and buying. Selling was much more challenging than buying and Dave handled both seamlessly. Dave showed me homes I was interested in seeing very quickly. He has wonderful support staff and utilized great support services for home inspection and closing. Dave clearly cares that all details are taken care of and works hard to ensure client happiness. My utmost thanks for your hard work and support. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell. In fact, I met Dave when he helped my very good friend find her new home. Dave is in a league all his own.

Working with Wiley was a great experience. After we shared our preferences, she found several homes that matched our criteria. She helped us quickly find the perfect home. It was a competitive property, and we didn’t expect to win it. However, Wiley’s negotiation skills helped us craft a strong offer that the sellers accepted. Even after closing, she connected us with reliable contractors to tailor the house to our style. We highly recommend Wiley!

Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.

Amy Shertzer is top tier! I grew up in the days when customer service was top priority for a business to thrive. This is something that Amy not only understands, but implements in every action she makes with her clients. From the very start when my wife and I called Amy, we felt like we met a friend who just so happened to be an expert in the real-estate business. I've never known anyone in business "especially in Sales" that is more genuine than Amy! I challenge anyone seeking to buy a home in Harford County, or the state of Maryland, to find a realtor that obtains the personality, work ethic, resources, tenacity, self sacrifice, negotiation skills, wisdom, caring, and professionalism than Amy. Let me help you with your research, call American Premier Realty and ask for Amy Shertzer, you will not be disappointed. Amy, thank you so much for helping my wife and I find our dream home for our family!
