Adam was great from start to finish! Made the home-buying process very smooth. Relationships are built on trust, and if you're honest and open with him about your needs, he'll be honest with you and work for you to meet/exceed your needs. He's very knowledgeable about the area and the homes he showed us. When he showed us homes, he did the walk through with us, showing us the features about the home that are worth it, those that we may need to be on the lookout for in terms of potential issues or repairs down the line. Other buyer's agents we met with often stood there and let us see the home with no real engagement or insights on the home itself - he was present and engaged with us during the whole process. He's super dependable and has great communication - he checked in on us to ensure we were on track and that we were clear in every step of the way. We mostly texted each other and talked on the phone for longer discussions, and he always made time for us - if you prefer email or another way to communicate, he'll adjust and accommodate you. Angela is an excellent real estate agent. She was was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was knowledgeable about determining the asking price for our house in a unpredictable market. She did an excellent job marketing our house and she was instrumental in closing the final agreement with the buyer. You could not ask for a better agent. Jackie Daley is the perfect agent. You just give her the listing and she takes care of everything. All you have to do is show up at the closing and get your check. Did a fantastic job on an aging property and worked like a dog to resolve issues with an inept title company. Only issue she could not handle was the criminal capital gains tax by the thieves in the State of Maryland. We have been involved in 5 transactions in 4 years and she gets better with time.
