Nilou Jones was our real estate agent as we tried to sell our first home - she is simply first rate. She was extremely professional, clear, and patient; which was important to us as first-time home-sellers - who are now living outside of the country - and she knew exactly what we needed to sell the home quickly. We received an offer for EXACTLY what we wanted, on the FIRST day the house was on the market - our house sold for the highest price, for its type, in our community. All of this, while we were thousands of miles away! I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Nilou. She's excellent!

We have worked with Cheryl on the buying and selling of multiple properties. Her years of experience, market knowledge, and excellent communication made every transaction and smooth and pain free. We would be happy to work with Cheryl again in the future, and highly recommend her services.
