The photographer she recommended did an outstanding job in presenting the property for the listing. Brande listened to my concerns and with a methodical approach helped me get things done to meet my goal. I was downsizing and had 20 plus years worth of stuff to dispose of and Brande was able to provide me with contacts to facilitate my estate sale and recommend a mover that fit my needs. You will not a better real estate agent in Maryland than Dawn Whaley. I have worked with several and my mother has worked with many. Dawn tops them all… by a long shot. We did a 1031 exchange which involved two settlements… a sale and a purchase. There are rules involved that are not involved with your average sale or purchase of real estate and the rules must be strictly followed.
