He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way. But I can honestly say that this was not the case with Wanda. I truly felt and witnessed that she had my best interest in mind. She was sincerely engaged. She went above and beyond to get my property sold in a timely manner. She gave me good, honest, and wise advice concerning each step of the selling process and throughout the negotiations. She was thinking for me and I felt safe. Extremely professional and authentic in her initial approach, during the listing phase, and in the final wrap-up too. I can tell she has been here before and knew what she was doing. Even at closing the buyer's agent even complimented her on her professionalism. GREAT JOB WANDA!!!
