Timothy-Jay, aka "TJ," is a remarkable realtor. I'm very happy we chose him to market our property. After we interviewed two other realtors, it was clear he was the one. Why? Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. In short, the DC Metro area has thousands of realtors but very few of them are in his league. And, once you interview him along with other realtors you know, we believe you will agree.

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

Bill is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I have known him for many years and he has always been a professional and extremely responsive. My husband and I bought a condo from him years ago and made the sale through him as well. My cousin used his expertise for his condo rental and I worked with Bill on sale of my cousin’s condo as part of his estate settlement. Barb McPhail was so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, giving us the support we needed to make decisions along the way with confidence. Our situation included a long-distance move with only one of us on-site looking at houses in person with her, and she was so thoughtful in helping us through that difficult situation. She was supportive from the beginning of our home purchase journey while we learned about our mortgage options, there along the way as we chose homes to view including pointing out things to look for and asking questions on our behalf, and then when we finally found a home we wanted to purchase she helped us make the offer and guided us through the inspection and closing processes including some septic system issues the seller ended up resolving. Barb was great to view homes with, patient with our process of dealing with a limited housing market in a rural area, and an experienced knowledgeable agent to have on our side during negotiation and inspection process.
