Alison is truly amazing. She is patient, kind and assertive in all the right ways. She was great with my young kids when they came along for almost every part of the ride in the home buying process. She is always quick in her response times. She always has help ready, whether that be from herself or someone she has a connect with. We had some last minute things happen within the process and she was always on top of it. We also had some delays with repairs on the property we were purchasing and she was very communicative and always helping us figure everything out every step of the way and explaining everything thoroughly. I am someone who has had both not very good agents and outstanding agents with both selling and buying. Alison really exceeded all expectations and made this process really easy despite some hiccups we had. Alison is that type of person that feels like she belongs in your family.
