Cindy was absolutely the best. We listed our house with Cindy while purchasing and moving into our new house. She brought us market comparisons ( our house was unlike others in current market so hard to find comparable listings) and priced our house perfectly to bring in the most potential buyers as possible. We had moved out so it was much easier for us to clean and prep the house. She made numerous suggestions to make the house show better. Little fixes and touchups and even came to help us do last minute cleaning and touch ups. She scheduled a home staging professional to help our house show even better.
