I loved working with Karen on peeping and selling of our mother’s house. She help with ideas to help make the house show better. She posted fantastic pictures of the house for virtual showing and made sure I was connected to all the apts made via text messaging. We had 40 people look at the house in 3 days and received 9 contracts. She helped me weigh the better options for me and provided a spreadsheet with value able info from all 9 contracts.
