If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! Trudy has been working with me for over a year as this was an estate sale. We had many bumps along the way, but Trudy never wavered and was there for me throughout the entire process! She was very upfront and honest with me and helped me make important decisions that would work best for me and my situation. She was steady during my emotional rollercoaster as well. Trudy has an excellent group of people she works with to take care of any need your property has. I have already recommended her to some friends of mine who will need help selling their home soon. Bill is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I have known him for many years and he has always been a professional and extremely responsive. My husband and I bought a condo from him years ago and made the sale through him as well. My cousin used his expertise for his condo rental and I worked with Bill on sale of my cousin’s condo as part of his estate settlement. During this time, Bill was amazing in his support and experience. I have known and worked with Bill over 15 years if not more.

Susan is excellent at her profession. She kept me abreast of everything, and I had no surprises during our interactions. She provided constant updates, even when my buyer was at fault with their end of the transaction. She made sure my buyer and their realtor were following through with their responsibilities so that we could have a smooth outcome with the transaction. Awesome!
