She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project.
