I reached out to Mike for help selling a property that another agent gave up on. It was very challenging to say the least. Mike never gave up and even gave me hope when I wanted to give up. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor who could help us navigate this foreign process. Family members of ours had purchased a home with Chris years prior and recommended that we reach out to him for help. We are so thankful that we did. While searching for about 18 months in a sellers' market, Chris was patient and devoted to helping us find not just a house that met some of our criteria, but the best place for us to invest our savings and create a home. When we were ready to pursue a purchase, Chris made recommendations for how to strengthen our offer, both initially and during negotiations regarding appraisal, but made sure we were comfortable with what was put forward. He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!

There were three realtors involved in two transactions, and not one of the realtors could even hold a candle up to my realtor. The other involved realtors involved were unprepared and lacked a certain knowledge that my realtor seem to have innately. I would highly recommend my realtor under any circumstance

Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price. The actual sale process was a breeze as well. She walked us through the paperwork and the expected timeline and checked in often to make sure we had no questions or concerns. She offered us help for things outside of just the sale...whether it be suggestions on storage, insurance, etc. Jen has such a calm demeanor that is super helpful when dealing with the stress of selling your home. Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.
