In May 2023, Heather successfully represented me as a buyer’s agent and negotiated copious terms on behalf of my wants; ultimately securing settlement on a dream property, overlooking the water, in the historic Federal Hill neighborhood. On both accounts, Heather was reliable on all facets. No one likes an over-communicator, but when deciding on an agent, it’s the one characteristic you want your agent to have. Heather supplied a reliable and seemed to be a 24/7 open line of communication. Heather conducts business with full transparency and in a very approachable/friendly manner.
