When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. Alexandra is a pro. Her communications were excellent so I always new the results of her marketing plan. Being in a challenging time of higher rates, she was positive and stayed focused until the property sold. The home sold towards the end of our listing agreement and I loved how she kept working right up to the end and used all the tools she had to make it happen, she never gave up.
