I reached out to Mike for help selling a property that another agent gave up on. It was very challenging to say the least. Mike never gave up and even gave me hope when I wanted to give up. In the end, he was able to sell the property and settle just days prior to the property being foreclosed on. Krissy met with us and explained the marketing, preparing the house for showing what to expect at settlement, very professional. Our only showing was on a Saturday, I say only because it was under contract that Tuesday, for 12 thousand dollars more than are asking price !!!! Need I say more....
