I've had the pleasure of working with Betty Lou twice now and she's been an absolute rockstar for us. Very patient, knowledgeable about the market, and you always know she is in your corner. 10/10 would recommend her to another young home buyer and/or seller.

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

Krissy met with us and explained the marketing, preparing the house for showing what to expect at settlement, very professional. Our only showing was on a Saturday, I say only because it was under contract that Tuesday, for 12 thousand dollars more than are asking price !!!! Need I say more....

Extremely personable & super helpful through the whole home buying process. Knows the baltimore area very well. We will definitely be calling her again for our next home.
