If you need a realtor you need Christine. It’s just that simple. She knows Virginia real estate and how to make the process work for you. She always seems to have the right connections to get the right professionals to handle everything from house maintenance, staging, photography/video and moving and storing. Christine ended up being my realtor and advisor – getting me to take advice is not an easy feat. I am hard pressed to come up with any facet of the process she doesn’t know or can’t help you handle. I recommend her without reservation.

From finding Yelena on a random search on Google, she was very personable and honest about how she operated. She gave me facts and figures to come up with a good selling price and she went to work quickly on getting the property up on the market. She is very specific on what needed to be done. And all the while I never felt forced or pressured to do anything that was beyond my capacity. I felt very taken care of and informed about what was going on. Within days, of the house being cleared, she put it on the market and immediately had showings. I did not feel the obligation to do any work outside of my skill level because she had it all taken care of. She even took the time to contact a solar company that made the sale take a little bit longer than it should. When we finally had a prospective buyer, she made sure that we were taking the best offer. She has way of laying out all the options for you so that everything makes sense. Nothing was ever missing from her explanations and emails. She definitely takes the time to make sure that all the details are ironed out so that you can have a stress-free sale. However, it was the buyers that made the process difficult. We ended up finally closing the sale of the home 3 WEEKS after its initial closing date due to complications with the buyer's lending company. But even during that hold up, Yelena managed to walk me through the next steps by practicing patience over haste. She explained it detail why the delay was occurring and always kept me informed via phone call, text, and email. And through it all, she assured me that she would stick by your side until the sale was complete. I never felt like she was going to give up on me even when the buyers kept prolonging the process. What made it so wonderful to work with her is that she looks at you with a sincerity that she will accompany you through a monumental decision. She knows how important and life-changing the sale of a house is.
