Everyone was amazed when they heard we managed a two-week closing, and both Jenny and I were surprised by how smoothly it went — it wasn't as challenging as others had made it seem. Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

She provided constant updates, even when my buyer was at fault with their end of the transaction. She made sure my buyer and their realtor were following through with their responsibilities so that we could have a smooth outcome with the transaction. Awesome!
