Sam is the best realtor I have been working with. He is going above and beyond to get you the house that you are looking for. Moreover, he has the best communication methods. Always answering phone calls and responding to text and emails in a timely manner. He is also pointing out things need repair or attention (free house inspection 😂). Also, he recommends repair to increase the house value. In the meantime, Sam Will give some handyman’s information that will give you the best price with high quality.

Kaye was incredible!!! We were so lucky to have her recommended to us by a friend. I don’t think we could’ve found another realtor who would’ve fit us and our needs like Kaye did. Working with her was easy. She set expectations from the start, and asked simple but important questions about budget, location, must-haves, timeline, etc. that got us started on the right track. We knew what to expect every step of the way. We started working with her in December, put in several offers, and finally moved into the perfect home for us in May.
