Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Jimmy was great. It has been more than 2 decades since my last home purchase, so it may as well have been my first. Jimmy was patient while guiding me through the process. Everything went smoothly and I'm in my new home, ready for the next chapter.

There were three realtors involved in two transactions, and not one of the realtors could even hold a candle up to my realtor. The other involved realtors involved were unprepared and lacked a certain knowledge that my realtor seem to have innately. I would highly recommend my realtor under any circumstance

Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.
