We had an outstanding experience working with our real estate agent, Ellie Hitt, in Maryland. From the very beginning, she provided excellent advice on staging the home and thoughtful guidance on market timing and strategy. She also brought in an amazing photographer who captured the beauty and character of the house perfectly. Partway through the process, we changed our original timeline, and she quickly pivoted the strategy seamlessly and confidently. Her market knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire experience much less stressful. The results exceeded our expectations — the house received multiple offers and sold before the first scheduled showing. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Victor was knowledgeable, helpful and very organized. He helped us identify the best properties available and employed a successful strategy to make sure we were able to secure the one we wanted. His follow through was tremendous as he guided us all the way to the closing. He was there every step of the way and a professional through and through. We give him our full endorsement.

Working with Wiley was a great experience. After we shared our preferences, she found several homes that matched our criteria. She helped us quickly find the perfect home. It was a competitive property, and we didn’t expect to win it. However, Wiley’s negotiation skills helped us craft a strong offer that the sellers accepted. Even after closing, she connected us with reliable contractors to tailor the house to our style. We highly recommend Wiley!

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.

Let's cut to the chase, your search for a reliable, HONEST, knowledgable, and professional agent is over. Here she is! Christina helped us with the SALE of our home and the PURCHASE of another home simultaneously. It was a hectic time, with a lot of moving pieces, but Christina's attention to detail and personalized service really helped us navigate the process and provided us with tranquility and piece of mind. She is simply the best in the game, and you would be wise to work with her.

Kyle was my buyers agent when I purchased my first house in the spring of 2015. Kyle's property recommendation and negotiation with the selling agent resulted in us purchasing a property 30% below fair market value. One of the qualities of Kyle that we truly enjoyed was her ability to capture the importance of intangibles that are a byproduct of location. I highly recommend Kyle for your next real estate transaction.
