We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. Fully expecting the agreed price of $499,900 we were pressured to take an early closing and become a licensee for almost 4 months of occupancy in our own home. We expected to do better in the final price agreed upon with Elizabeth Brown and the net payment to us after various additional charges (above commission) by Long and Foster and Tradition. At times, Debbie seemed to represent the buyer more than the seller. We also have a problem with the plumbing bill which was limited to $150-300 and believe we could have had a plumber perform services at less than $300. Carol was always helpful.
