Before I met Jin, I started my own search in the market to get a sense of what I'm heading into and I felt completely lost. I truly appreciated this because as a buyer, I want to know what risks I'm assuming when making decisions. 2) Connection - Jin is very approachable. I reached out to him so many times with a million many questions and Jin has been always there for me when I needed him. Because of all of his help, I wasn't hesitant when I decided to put the offers in.3) Professionalism - Jin loves his job and has shown the most responsibility as a real estate agent. There has been a time when I put the offer in and an unexpected personal event happened to Jin. Despite the situation, he tried to stay in touch as much as possible for me. I understand how difficult this is as I'm a full-time employee myself, and I got the impression that he truly care for his clients.With Jin's help, I was able to get the house that I really like in such a tough market. If you don't know where to start off like me and want someone to further assist you and walk the steps with you, Jin is the way to go.
