David was remarkably well-informed, experienced, skilled, well-networked, and conscientious from our first meeting through the closing. He managed all the details for preparing my deceased father's home, including linking us up with an excellent contractor, introducing us to up an agency that would accept items that we wanted to donate, and arranging for the property to be cleaned up, inside and out. He guided us through every step on the way, and was absolutely indispensable to us, since we are based out of state. He approached us and our situation with sensitivity and compassion.
