He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner and kept us informed during the entire process. In addition, he helped us locate professionals to do some of the work needed before the house could be put up for sale. Most importantly, Mark is just a very sweet man. Beth is a fantastic agent: she brought deep expertise and a personal approach, and she went above and beyond. After seeing a neighborhood home that she listed and sold a year earlier, we knew that she would be the right agent as she paid attention to all the details. When we had a family emergency in the middle of moving out, she was very sympathetic and helped find ways to keep us sane and on schedule. Most importantly, of course, was her expertise in staging, listing and marketing our home. While it was a hot market, she did not take anything for granted and did a full marketing campaign.
