You have your standard realtor, then you have Jessica at EXIT Realty. Jessica wasn't our first call. We decided to sell our house For Sale By Owner. We actually did okay until we ran into obstacle after obstacle. After 8 months, we'd had enough. We contacted Jessica and knew it wouldn't be long before the SOLD sign would be in front of our home. She took a genuine interest in our home and the story behind it. Her creative marketing, consistent buyer follow-ups, and steady guidance made an immediate difference. What really sets Jessica apart, though, isn't technique. It's her caring nature and wonderful personality. Her goal isn't to maximize her commission; it's to find the right buyers for your home. We were under contract within a week and a half. If you need help selling, hire her. Be warned, though: you'd better have already started packing.

Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!
