Shelley Stuart is great at what she does. We both bought our home and sold our former home with her. She understands what you are looking for, and incorporates feedback from visits to open houses together to fine tune your search and hone in on the winner. When it’s time to submit an offer, she hears what you’re saying, gives her honest professional opinion and respects your wishes. She’s efficient at getting you across the finish line. When it came time to sell our home, she was very engaged in the process- checking in often on our preparatory activities and hosting multiple open houses. We did all the things she asked us to do and it was well worth it to get our home sold quickly. Working in partnership with Compass is a Win too! We were so happy with the listing photos, the staging, the platform, and the marketing materials. Shelley is a straight shooter, energetic, responsive, thoughtful and kind. We recommend her highly!
