My God and my saviour sent Shirley Wigglesworth to save the day. I had a bad experience with a realtor who was very mean to me. I called Shirley and immediately, she offered her kind spirit and she listened to how I felt about my home. This woman is truly a blessing from on high. Shirley sold my home in less than 4 days, we didn't even make it to an open house. It was an awesome time for me and my husband. Shirley Wigglesworth sold us the home we sold on September 14, 2021 back in August 2012. Mr. Cantwell, because of previous experience with the Greenbelt cooperative, knew that the seller needs to be present at settlement, whereas those with only single-family housing sales were mostly or entirely unfamiliar with this requirement.

Rich Cantwell knows the local market and what needs to be done to sell in that local market. He does not pressure the seller and offers context for what might make the home more attractive for sale rather than attempting to pressure the seller into random upgrades. He is honest, has integrity, and is pleasant to work with. He has excellent contacts with home repair people who do good quality work in reasonable time. I cannot say enough good about him.
