I had properties that my agent (another agent) told me will be forclosed & there's nothing I could do. Malaka called me because she noticed my vacant property. She negotiated me out of 2 pending foreclosures, got bank to agree 2 short sales & sold both properties. She also got the banks 2 agree $70k loss. 1yr later bank tried 2 sue me for $70k. Called Malaka & she forwarded a court order signed by a Judge & the bank rep that $70k was forgiven. That was my daughter's college education. I would've been $900k in debt with bad credit. Today I am cancer free & healthy, daughter finished college, purchase a new home. We are forever grateful to Malaka Green & her awesome team. Thx
