Eric has been a great friend for many years. He first helped us buy our home, and then in 1998, he helped us sell that home and buy the one we just recently sold in 2025. Before we listed, Eric walked through the house with us, explained everything about the market, and spent a lot of time researching to make sure we priced it right. He guided us on which updates would make the biggest difference, and he reviewed photos of the improvements I was making, and stopped by numerous times to advise us. He even went over to the house to check on a few things when I couldn’t be there myself, and he recommended excellent professionals to help with the home and other related matters. Once it was listed, the house sold in 7 days. Eric held an open house and made sure everyone respected the home by taking off their shoes! The entire sale went smoothly, and we ended up selling well above the list price. When it came time to review offers, Eric had already evaluated and summarized everything in terms I could easily understand. We spent hours together going through the options to make the best decision. In the end, it made what could have been a very stressful time feel simple and easy. When it’s time to sell or buy a home, Eric will be my first and only call!

Teila was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend her and her associates for selling your home. I was stationed overseas and Teila was able to help me list and sell my home using electronic documents...saving me tons of money in travel costs from actually being in the States for the initial stages of the listing. Having a realtor who's able to work with me remotely was key to the success of the sale of my condo.

Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way. Highly highly recommend!!
