Eric has been a great friend for many years. He first helped us buy our home, and then in 1998, he helped us sell that home and buy the one we just recently sold in 2025. Before we listed, Eric walked through the house with us, explained everything about the market, and spent a lot of time researching to make sure we priced it right. He guided us on which updates would make the biggest difference, and he reviewed photos of the improvements I was making, and stopped by numerous times to advise us. He even went over to the house to check on a few things when I couldn’t be there myself, and he recommended excellent professionals to help with the home and other related matters. Once it was listed, the house sold in 7 days. Eric held an open house and made sure everyone respected the home by taking off their shoes! The entire sale went smoothly, and we ended up selling well above the list price. When it came time to review offers, Eric had already evaluated and summarized everything in terms I could easily understand. We spent hours together going through the options to make the best decision. In the end, it made what could have been a very stressful time feel simple and easy. Eric is an awesome realtor. He worked to get to know our family and our needs. He found properties based on what we wanted, but also made recommendations for homes that he thought we may be interested in. As buying a home is such a major event, there was, of course a ton of back and forth and he was patient through it all.
