There were three realtors involved in two transactions, and not one of the realtors could even hold a candle up to my realtor. The other involved realtors involved were unprepared and lacked a certain knowledge that my realtor seem to have innately. I would highly recommend my realtor under any circumstance

My husband and I worked with Sarah for 9 months looking for our “forever home”. She was unbelievably patient, extremely knowledgeable, and always responsive. She was helpful in providing the positives and negatives of every house we viewed. However, Sarah really showed her loyalty and the commitment she has for her clients when she successfully negotiated us out of a difficult sale we were not comfortable in moving forward with. Sarah has so much integrity. She is a rare treasure and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

We used Gwin to sell my townhouse in Piney Orchard. She was extremely responsvie, explained the whole process and gave us great recommendations on easy things we could improve within the house to help the sale. She staged my house beautifully and sold it within three days for over the asking price. Jen is an amazing agent! She created spreadsheets, ones that compared the list price, size, type of home, location, etc, to help us keep track of every home we considered putting an offer on. She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us the same day. I felt like she really listened and helped us find a place that balanced the needs and wants of my husband and me. When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents. Absolutely love working with her and look forward to our future adventures!
