She staged the home to perfection and we ended up getting it under contract in a week for more than the listed price. We got this all done without having to even travel from TX for closing. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture.
