I like to say nothing but positive things about Melvin. Great guy he's is very professional and he's very transparent. He worked so hard we visited about 15-20 homes within 2 months and now I have my home!!! I I felt comfortable working with Melvin. He made sure my payments was not higher than my budget but he actually had kept it under. I told him what I wanted to pay monthly and he did that he's a great advisor and he's more like a friend than just like an ordinary realtor trust me on this look no where else get in touch with Melvin!!!
