Once again Rosy delivered, this time on a single family home purchase. On a Saturday, Rosy agreed to drive around to SIX separate houses with us as we were looking for our dream house and thankfully, 1 of the 6 (Hickory Ridge) turned out to be just what we were looking for. The transaction was smooth from start to finish and she stayed in excellent touch with the selling agent throughout working as our liaison. As well, she worked tirelessly the weekend we discovered the house to put the offer in immediately, and thankfully, the work paid off, as our offer was accepted. If we had hesitated, we may have missed the house, but Rosy stayed up late that Saturday night to get the offer in right away. If you are looking for an agent to provide total dedication and effort, Rosy is the agent for you!
