For most, your first homebuying experience is stressful and overwhelming. 12 years ago, I was blessed to be referred to Maria for my 1st home purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and understanding as I was absolutely clueless about real estate and the process at that time. During the process she walked me through each step and explained everything thoroughly; she treated me like family not just a client or sale. This is rare these days because you hear of agents rushing clients through the process just to close the deal and cash in on their commission. I found the perfect TH for me as a single young woman just beginning a new career. Fast forward to 2022, I finally decided to sell my first home after years of renting it out and the ONLY person I even considered working with was Maria Froneberger. This for me was a full circle moment. Just as before, she went above and beyond; the TH sold in less than a week just under asking. We were thrilled with how effortless this process was due to Maria's expertise and hands on approach. At closing, she also gave me a closing gift which was totally unexpected and so thoughtful!
