Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Annette was very informative and very patient when it came to explaining every detail of what I should expect. I eventually settled on a new construction, which Annette was an expert in. I moved into my brand new home as of January and cannot be happier. I had an excessive amount of difficulty dealing with my loan officer/mortgage company, but Annette was there to assist me and mitigate the damage done by their horrible customer service. The convenience of location, the cost point, the proximity from the city and my work office, Christine was able to find this gem that checked many of my most important boxes. Her communication with me was nothing short of excellent and accessible. She made my transition into a first time homebuyer extremely smooth. I can’t thank her enough.

Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
