Timothy-Jay, aka "TJ," is a remarkable realtor. I'm very happy we chose him to market our property. After we interviewed two other realtors, it was clear he was the one. Why? Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
