I couldn't be happier with my Goodhart Group experience. They have every aspect of the homebuying process covered flawlessly. I felt comfortable with each decision I made because I was given complete and sound advice from the team. I was almost sad to stop spending Saturdays with Sara house-hunting. Allison helped me work through tough decisions (also making them feel less tough) and was flexible and gracious when I was a needy first-time buyer. Marty patiently guided me through two different home inspections, making a stressful process actually seem fun. Once I was under contract, Sam made sure every piece went through smoothly to closing. She was incredibly responsive during a very tight turnaround between going under contract and closing. You don't build such a great business without being the best, but needless to say, Sue's experience shown through when we needed to make a few very difficult decisions. I couldn't be more grateful for the work this group put into helping me find the perfect place. I highly recommend them.

Jayne and Emily Ehrens, even though I have known them both for ages well, there is a reason that they are so good at what they do. I felt so comfortable and in the know throughout the entire buying process. Jayne and Emily are wonderful people, but they also are extremely professional and Will always provide white glove service. We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. We'd hire her again in a second~

I highly recommend using Mr. Marcum for all your realty needs! He is very informed with the market of the region, is very responsive, very helpful, has a great method to sell a home that was very effective for me where I had multiple offers in a short time and accepted an offer within 5 days of the house going on the market. His team are also very helpful, educated, experienced, and friendly in the full process from start to finish. You would be a fool to not choose him to be your Realtor!
