Jim was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He gave us honest feedback about the process and kept us informed the entire time. Once we put in an offer on a house he helped us out by scheduling the inspection since he knew it had a finite timeline for completion. He and his office team were on the ball with paperwork and had contracts, addendums, and everything else we needed handled quickly. When we needed help working through questions about financing Jim was right there to help us navigate that. Home buying is a stressful process and Jim made it as smooth as possible. I can't recommend him highly enough for home purchasing.
