She was clear in her communications with us and also very punctual throughout the home buying process. She even showed up when it was short notice. That's definitely a trait you want your realtor to have.

Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way.
